Artist Debbie Labes reserves the right not to tattoo anyone who has contraindications of Cosmetic Tattooing.
MY BOOKING POLICY
A credit card is required when booking an appointment. This is a protection from no-show bookings . Payment will be due on the day of the appointment (prices are listed). Please make sure to double check the procedure, date, and time you are booking.
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard or Cash. Afterpay and Zip are available if needed
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
We only allow a client to reschedule their appointment once.
If less than 48 hours notice given prior to your appointment in case you are unable to attend to your appointment we will require 30% of the full procedure price to be charged to your credit card attached to your booking.
NO SHOW POLICY
Any new or existing clients who fail to show without verbal or written notice will be charge 30% of the service booked though their credit card on file.
We require a consultation or full face, high quality picture of your existing tattoo prior to your appointment.
Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of the procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We do not offer refunds for services provided and take the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction. We will advise if you are not suitable for this service prior to treatment and always inform you on how to achieve the best results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary to get the outcome that you desire.
MINORS & COMPANIONS
Intradermal procedures require the full concentration of your technician. In the interest of you receiving her undivided attention, as well as hygiene and health & safety reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the clinic during a procedure. They also unfortunately cannot be left unattended outside of the studio. We therefore request that you make suitable arrangements for off site childcare.
We kindly ask that mobile phones and other portable devices be switched off for the entire duration of the appointment. Treatments can last up to 3 hours and these requests are made in order that you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment, whilst your technician gives you her best and undivided attention. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!
